Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy — AllerTaxi

AllerTaxi is committed to offering reliable, safe, and professional chauffeur-driven transportation across France.
Once a booking is confirmed, we reserve the vehicle and driver exclusively for the customer.
This policy explains when refunds or cancellations are permitted.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

• Cancellation 2 hours or more before the pickup time:
Full refund will be issued.

• Cancellation within 2 hours of the pickup time:
A €40 cancellation fee will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

• If the driver has already arrived or has departed for the pickup location:
No refund will be provided.

2. Waiting Time Policy

To ensure smooth trip management and fair driver compensation, the following waiting time rules apply:
• Airport pickups: 60 minutes of free waiting after the actual flight landing time.
• Train station pickups: 20 minutes of free waiting.
• Local pickups (home, hotel, office, etc.): 15 minutes of free waiting.

After the free waiting time, additional minutes will be charged at our standard per-minute waiting rate.

If the customer does not appear once the full waiting time has expired, the booking will be marked as No-Show, and no refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation by AllerTaxi

If AllerTaxi cancels a confirmed booking due to operational or unforeseen circumstances, the customer will receive:
• A full refund, or
• The option to reschedule the trip at no extra cost.

4. Refund Process
• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during booking.
• Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Service Guarantee

Once a booking is confirmed, AllerTaxi guarantees professional transportation to the customer’s confirmed destination, except in circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Severe accidents
• Road closures
• Extreme weather conditions

7. Acceptance of Policy

By completing a booking with AllerTaxi, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
AllerTaxi may update this policy at any time without prior notice, and all updates take immediate effect.
