1. Cancellations by Customer
•Full Refund: You can cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time and receive a full refund.
•Partial Refund: If you cancel between 12 and 24 hours before the pickup time, you may receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
•No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup time are not eligible for a refund.
 
2. Cancellations by Aller
 
If Aller is unable to fulfill your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability), we will:
•Offer you an alternative driver or vehicle, or
•Provide a full refund of the booking amount.
 
3. No-Show Policy
 
If the passenger is not present at the pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time and does not inform us, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
 
4. Refund Processing Time
 
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
 
5. Non-Refundable Fees
 
•Transaction fees charged by the payment gateway (if any) are non-refundable.
•Additional services (child seat, extra luggage, waiting time) are non-refundable once used.
